Nice wine. Ferment was a little slow as is always the case with the 7 day kits. I left it in the FV for a week after fermentation ended to do its job properly, then stabilised, degassed and fined, all in the FV.

Very little sediment and a really nice, crisp, dry white just how I like them. Brewed the full 23ltrs (30 bottles) and still achieved 12%. Perfectly drinkable after clearing, so around 3 weeks in total from start to finish for £20 plus a couple of quids worth of sugar.

I would say this kit is an absolute bargain if you like this kind of wine. I am told the Rose is also good so thats going on next! Anyone tried the Red?

I have tried the white and the rose and prefer the rose, I am waiting to see if the red is as good, someone here must have made it.
