Has anyone used Apple juice to make up the volume in a kit instead of just using water. Did it affect the ferment and did it affect the sweetness?

People have, it doesn't make it any sweeter as the sugar in the AJ just gets fermented

I am just about to try it with a Winebuddy sauvignon blanc. Apples tend to give way to other flavours, so unlikely to alter the taste but should improve the body. The amount of sugar should be reduced accordingly, which is possible with a Winebuddy or Wilco, but not with kits which include sugar in the compound.

I've seen people do it to make superstrength brews before with varying results.
