I'm not keen to use artificial sweetener, or tbh to use stabiliser
If you're happy to use campden tablets that makes up half of most stabilizers, potassium metabisulfite E224 (campden tabs) and Potassium Sorbate E202.

That's helpful, thanks. Informative and quite reassuring. I'll revert to some wine stabiliser on a tricky wine, Lilac, whose FG changes not, but is still incrediby gassy. I also have a couple of others which need 'taming' so plenty to work on.
