Hello everyone... A little about me:
I first started to make beer and wine during my Uni years in the 80's and always have something on the brew... Great success with fruits and berry's not to mention beers... Never have done a cider though, so maybe something to have a bash at. Done a few all-grain mash's in my time, but now I just do partial mash's if I think the recipe needs it. The beer kits have really improved over the years so I tend to stick to a good quality kit experimenting with some different additives.
Blackberry, ginger, elderberry and plumb wines going at the moment...
Coopers Scottish heavy with a partial roasted barley malt and Edme Irish Stout with 100g of treacle added getting ready for Xmas... :drink:
Been browsing around the forum for a few weeks and decided to join...
I have a hankering to try some of these supermarket recipes, so may get round to that soon...
Thank you for having me...
