Just wondering what to do next? I'm 4 days into a wheat beer and have a spare fv...
A check on my supplies....
Festival Endeavour kit
Coopers AIPA
Wilko hoppy copper
1.5kg dry malt extract
3 kg liquid malt
50g saaz pellets
100 each citra and cascade
2 x gervin yeast
....AND need to choose a Christmas brew!

Currently drinking my festival endeavour kit and really enjoying it so that would get my vote.

I've just finished my endeavours last night.
It's a lovely ale with quite a resiny, pine needle aroma with a hint of orange peel!
I don't know what hops are in it but it's probably been my favourite so far.
