Just finishing off the elderfower wine opened 2 days ago...it's not changed a jot....very nice :drink:

You weren't long getting through that corny Vossy

In celebration of what appears to be another successful brew, just bottled, I've cracked open a bottle of Isle of Jura malt whisky, given to me by way of a “thank you” by another boating couple for the loan of my anchor when they recently went down the Severn and up the Avon.

Totally unnecessary, but I wasn't about to refuse it

A pint of Granny

Made from THIS and THIS

I'll be trying a pint of Mother In Law next :drink:

My latest hefeweizen.
Simple single infusion 65ºC, 49% wheat, 49% pils, 2% carehell, Hallertauer 15 IBU, WY3068.
8 days ferment at 17.5ºC.
Delicious, and the best hefe I've made.
