Well had a party last night.

10 litres of dark chocolate malt beer gone

Almost a whole demi of red gone.

Guests must have changed their minds about homebrew :-)

So need to restock

I have 2 kg marris otter and a bag of Amber malt. Some citra and fuggles I think. Time to brew a new year ale me thinks ;-)

Sounds like a good plan to me. If you want to do a full 5 gallons you could add a suitable kit for a Partial Mash? Something like the Coopers APA would "stretch it out" without totally ruining it :lol:

I'm just looking at my stocks now. I've found a few bags of dme so could really do something tomorrow.

I'm just reading up on the hops in my new book for Christmas. 'For the love of hops' ;-)
