Where to buy grain accurately weighed.

I don’t want anybody to get the sack, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect some sort of quality control. The person I spoke to wasn’t at all bothered that it was wrong. He said a bit of extra for each weighing builds up and can end up a fair bit. Apart from the wrong thing turning up, how much are they loosing per year.
anyway, I’m making a thing of it, I’ll do some research and go somewhere else this week. All the fun of the fair

If you can store it by base malt in bulk as crushed grain will last for a year easy if stored correctly then buy some specialty malts for a few brews and leaves all grain at hand and same can be done for yeast.
