So, like a few others have noted, this website has a pretty large number of recipes detailed.
I've made the Fullers Southern Star which is a pale ale hopped only with Ella. The hop profile
suggests a spicy, floral character like star anise.
Well the finished product, whilst a pleasant enough brew, doesn't really live up to the hop billing.
Is it me? Anyome else tried this?
Or anyone tried the commercial brew?
I'd be interested to know what others think

These are recipes for good beers, but I'm not sure they're even close to the beers they purport to clone. I made up batch of their Guinness West Indian Porter and it was nothing like. not even close. Nice beer though and it won't stop me trying some of their other recipes. You could also try the Gladfield site. I've made a few of their beers and they're lovely. (Except avoid BRY-97 yeast- 'orrible stuff).
