Quick question brewers as I've got permission to do a brew this morning :-) ... I've got 100g of Goldings and 100g of Cascade, will they combine nicely or am I better going for a SMaSH?

Don't see why not. I think I would use the Cascade as the main bittering hop and add the Goldings as later additions and dry hop.

Brilliant, thank you! Doing a 5 gallon BIAB, so will follow that and see what we end up with :-)
