After 3 months of "I am not having the house looking like a brewery (As if) when we are trying to sell'. Followed by 3 months living with my parents (ouch) and 3 weeks of "You have to help me unpack the boxes before you can start brewing again"
and 6 months of no home brew and having to buy alcohol I got two brews underway tonight.
I have been planning to go BIAB since last christmas but i need to get some 'easy' stock going so I somehow (cough) managed to purchase 6 kits through out the year.
Tonight i have put on:-
A Wilko Stout with 1kg dark brown sugar 500g white sugar and a whole tine of Black Treacle Brewed to 20L. SG 1060 :thumb:
A Woodford Sundew, no additions. Brewed to 20L . SG 1044 :thumb:
Give them 2 weeks before i even look at them then when ready I will be bottling these and getting the other kits on.
It feels good to be back :
