Ay up there

done the above kit , put the hops in a Muslin bag 4 days before end of fermentation

didn’t have marbles to weight down bag of hops

Thought bag might of sunk to bottom of vessel but didn’t
When I took bag out the hops had formed into a big lump but didn’t seem to have really broke up that much , I tied the bag pretty tight to be honest

will I still get the lovely hoppy taste after bottles have finished conditioning

thanks all

If you put hops in a bag, the bigger the bag the better. And nylon bags are better than muslin because they dont wet. And using weights is really optional, some do, some dont, although I used 4 SS soup spoons.
