Update;
I'm trying to create quite a 'clean' build. So welding instead of using bulkhead fittings. And making everything as modular as possible.
I bought a couple of 4Kw elements. Had trouble figuring out the tread size, but they seem to be 1"bsp.
I managed to find some cheap 1" 316 stainless locking nuts and welded these on to the opening in the keg with 308L stainless wire.
I also sourced some cheap metal junction boxes. I was concerned about plastic boxes melting!
I'm using 3093Y heat resistant 3 core cable to connect the elements to the control pannel. 2.5mm cable size is good for 24amps so should be plenty for the heating elements.
