Hello all
I'm cleaning out my "best" pb for a stout that's ready...so usual procedure ... oxi and hot water, lid on and give it a good shaking..
The water comes up above the tap and obviously the oxygen created by the oxi...causes pressure which should in theory enable me to "dispense" through the tap, under pressure, even if it's only for a short time.
But....there's obviously a lot of pressure there and lots of "noise" when I crack the tap but it's as if the barrel is sucking IN air rather than pushing out the oxi solution..When the barrel is low with beer I've had this when trying to dispense even though the keg is gassed...
Any ideas?
