Apple cider is a bit too sweet

Hello all,

I've got a corny keg full of cider that looks great, smells great, and has just the right amount of fizz. Problem is, it's a little too sweet. Any suggestions?

What was your recipe,OG/FG?

It’s the Mangrove Jack recipe. OG was 1.038. SG is 0.998.

Does it match with the suggested figures in the instructions?

Yeah - pretty much bang on.

I don’t think there’s an issue with the recipe. It’s just too sweet for my taste and I don’t want to waste it

That's giving 5.2% and 105% attenuation...
