@SMP Brewery - Kölsch

I thought this was the best Kölsch I’ve had. It was the best looking beer in the glass and the aromas and flavour followed. The combination of noble hops, bready malts and fruity yeast esters were perfectly balanced and that lifted it into first place.

Well done @pilgrimhudd and @matt76 and thanks @Alastair70 and no2 son for judging.
No.2 son’s input proved incredibly helpful, and he’s holding on to the sheet of flavour descriptors and what they might signal that I gave him before we started.
It’s nice to have another beer fan and fledgling brewer in the family.
