So i have made a few Coopers kits now with a few different priming variations. Its looking like cane sugar is the way to go for me. I like more Lagers and wheat beer so i prefer a gassy brew.

Other than using coopers with dextrose / light spray malt mix which manufacturers kits are the best for flavour etc?

I think one the kit makers everyone agrees is good is the St Peters Ruby Red and Golden Ale.

I think on the whole if you spend that bit extra and good a two can kit they are excellant!!
