Brewers,

What a night! I have done 3 brews tonight, which i really hope are going to be ready in time for Christmas, they are;

1. Muntons Santas Winter Warmer as per instructions

2. Saracens Wherry tweak with wyeast

3. Brupaks BoTW Irish Extra Stout.

I intend to keg the winter warmer and Wherry and bottle the 10l of stout.

Now i can relax with a nice pint of festival IPA which i must say is fantastic!!!

Anyone got any comments on the above?

Cheers

That's a good evenings work!
I'm waiting to free up my FVs in order to get a Coopers chocolate stout started for Christmas. One of my current brews is a Wherry tweak following Saracens method, but the fermentation has been very sluggish (non existent at times) so you made a good call adding different yeast.

Good luck with them. Should be a very festive Christmas!
