Coopers Brew Enhancer?

Hi,

would anyone know if using 2kg of brew enhancer would create an even better mouth feel and head on a home brew lager or would this be too much for it to handle?

It would add extra body alright though at the same time it'd likely upset the balance of the kit. That said, give it a go, it might be your best beer yet.

That would bump up your kit to 7%ABV + I reckon. I reckon it would lack flavour, but I might be wrong.

Just condition the beer for longer to improve it

Brew enhancer is 50% Spray malt 50% brewing sugar so if you want to have a more mouthy feel just use 1kg of Spray malt. Not sure about head on beer as I don't like it that much so I under carbonate my brewson purpose
