Hi all, I have a can of coopers cerveza, a bag of table sugar, about 300 ml of light LME, (going to be left over from a bit of an experiment) 500 grams maltodextrin and 350 grams of lactose. Any ideas as to what do with them, amounts etc, all sugestions appreciated

It should roughly still be the same yeah. With the cerveza kit coopers recommend using the brew enhancer 2 but when I brewed it using 100% table sugar it turned out okay. Add the 300ml of LME and then add 700 grams of sugar. When you top it up with water take a hydrometer reading. If the reading is low eg the OG is below something like 1.040 then you need to add some more sugar to make it stronger. To do so take a mug, boil some water and add some sugar (say 50-100g). Allow to dissolve and then stir well into your brew. Take another hydrometer reading. If OG is still too low then add more. Either that or you can just stick with 100% sugar which might be easier but maybe not as tasty, your call! :hmm:
