Brewed another Saison this week. Another new yeast for me Omega OYL-033. Like the sound of the description (Lemon rind & Black Pepper).
Didn't have space in my fermentation fridge so pitched at 20-21c and wrapped in a fleece to maintain the temp overnight.seem to work thankfully as the garage had been dropping to 16c and then rising back up to 20c.
Kegged the lager now so I have moved it it to the fermentation fridge to start heating . This had a WP of Bobek and will have a dry hop of Celeia & Wakatu. Hoping for a lemon, lime and some floral flavours with a touch of pepper from the yeast

this whole batch will get bottle conditioned at a spritzy 2.8vol.
