Hi from Swansea

Hi and thanks for the add. I'm Mark and live in Swansea. I've been all grain brewing for the last 10 months using a Grainfather G30 and I've just added a second conical fermenter to my setup. Mostly I've been making kits (Dark Rock, highly recommended) but am now looking to start making some of my own recipes. I really enjoy IPA and any form of stout/porter.
