Just recently ordered liquid yeast for the first time. London ale III.

I currently still only do 5 litre stove top batches, as there’s been a delay on my Brewzilla being delivered.

But having doubts now, as I obviously won’t need to use the whole pack of yeast, would I be able to use half for a brew this weekend then the rest for a brew in 2 weeks time? If I store it in the fridge. Been reading about yeast starters and thinking thats what I will have to do for the second half.

OR shall I just hold onto it and use it when I’m brewing out of the Brewzilla. And order some dry yeast for now?

Cheers
Ryan

It will be fine for a week or two. Make sure it is well shaken/mixed before you pitch the first half. For 5l you won't really need a starter.
