A quick 'Hi' from northern Italy.
SHMBO bought me a brew kit for Christmas and after lurking here for a few months decided to say hello.

At the moment a Blackrock Export Pilsner is brewing and hopefully be bottled in the next few days.

There are some excellent begineers post, thanks to those who have taken the time to 'educate' newbies like myself.
