I never know what to write in these introduction posts. I'm primarily an all grain beer brewer, but I do dabble with the occasional kit.
I also occasionally do wines from kits, and even rarer from fruit (as I dont have the patience).
I'm a strong believer that technology can help to improve our brews and subsequently perform yeast analysis using microscopy as well as controlled brew and fermentaton.
