I'm a relatively new brewer. First brew was an Elderberry wine / port (?!) and i've just done a couple of beer kits for Xmas. I'm hoping to go over to all grain soon as I've a couple of friends at breweries (Storm Brewing in Macclesfield and Heavy Industry in Denby) where I can get some free ingredients, plus it looks way more fun! As I'm relatively new I'll probably be asking some basic questions now and again.
I have started a blog if anybody is interested where you will find details on my various brews (when i get around to posting) It's "hobboshouse" on Blogspot..
