Whats everyone drinking?

I haven't given the beer I'm drinking a name but I used 6Kg pale malt, 1kg Caramalt, 1Kg of Munich, 175Gms of Bobek 3% 90 mins with 25Gms at flameout.

Three weeks later it's bloomin lovely. :)

Well tonight it was a quick 5 pints of my bulldog london porter. 2 weeks in the fermenter Keged bright, 3 days as 20 Psi at 18 to 26 C . 24 hrs in kegerator 10psi at 10C. served at 15Psi at 10C through a guiness tap......

Halfway into my bottle of 1837 9% IPA now. It's cleared to a point. It's got potential for sure. It definately needs another few month's of conditioning. It's really strong.

Especially after a few pints of SPA. :)
