I have my BrewCam trained on the Youngs America IPA up loading a snaphot every 20minutes, mainly so I can check on the brew from my phone, While I'm out and about, or at work.
I got an SG of 1.060, so I'm hoping for about 6% ABV.
I started the brew at 8pm on the 15th April.
The yeast kicked off about 7:!5pm GMT last night.
Here's a time lapse video of the initial fermenting stage going wild.
Luckily I caught it in the morning, when the Airlock blocked and I cleared it in time.
