i have a reverse osmosis system that i use for window cleaning, would this water be any good for brewing, if all filters etc are regularly maintained and what type of brew

not got one at minute, will be ordering with next kit

took my blackcurrant tc 2 days to start fermenting, yesterday was blowing about 5 bubbles per second out the air lock, today all activity ceased, could it have completed fermenting that quickly

maybe did disturb sediment although i was quite careful

placed bottles outside yesterday morning in black bags, checked them this morning and they appear to have gone very cloudy, is this normal

i want to put my beer in the cold but not got shed, do you think it be ok to put outside in blackbag to keep light out

soz about all the questions people lol, just keep thinking of things. Does the primary fermentation have to be done in darkness always ferment my beer in kitchen and is out of direct light but not dark

made up a gal last night with 1 litre of blackcurrant high juice, how long is it till its drinkable, was hoping it be ok by xmas, is it when its clear it's drinkable and does that go for beers

just did boiled up a litre of blackcurrant high juice as couldnt get vimto and added to 1 spoon of pectolase and 4 litres of apple juice and cider yeast and realised didnt have no t bags so couldnt add the tea is this going to be ok with out it

nice 1 prob going to do this brewed short and edme lager made to 40 pints, should sort me for xmas.

has anyone tried this, seen it for 9 quid in wilko and not sure whether to get this or edme lager

is mineral water, like morrissons cheap type any good for brewing up kit lagers, as i use the bottles for my beer and seems a waste chucking it down the drain, also i'm in a very hard water area about 700 ppm so wondering if using the mineral water in my brew beneficial
