just did boiled up a litre of blackcurrant high juice as couldnt get vimto and added to 1 spoon of pectolase and 4 litres of apple juice and cider yeast and realised didnt have no t bags so couldnt add the tea is this going to be ok with out it
 
ok thanks, how should i go about this now, was thinking leave to ferment for week, then rack off and leave for another week, then bottle
 
thats what we did with an apple and blackcurrant TC we have another one at the mo its been in the DJ a week and were going to leave it sitting on the yeast another 2 weeks see what difference it makes to taste
