The Greg Hughes American Wheat beer recipe is pretty good. Light and refreshing.
I added a 40gram Citra dry hop to it though for a slightly bigger punch of hops and used us-05 yeast.
Perfect for summer drinking.
Had a bottle of Old Pec' last night. Nearly seen a beer taste so different to what it looks like.

12 PSI should be a bit livelier when kept at 5c. Should be around perfect carbonation for a lager. How long is the beer and what thickness is the line? This can have an impact on the carbonation.
If im aiming to make 23 litres of beer, I normally aim for 26.5 litres for a 60 minute boil or 28 litres for a 90 minute boil. That's just how much I normally tend to boil off.
