Hey,

A new kegging question...

I have located the carbonation charts giving you a psi range for certain beer styles but I was wondering if you have to make a correction if you are keeping your co2 tank in the keezer @ 5c?

Only wondered as ive had a keg on 12psi for over a month now and its still fairly flat (all beer line in in the keezer with a party tap at the moment with no foaming)

Cheers in advance!

12 PSI should be a bit livelier when kept at 5c. Should be around perfect carbonation for a lager. How long is the beer and what thickness is the line? This can have an impact on the carbonation.

Do you keep the pressure on when serving?

Only thing i can possibly suggest is check the seals and lid arnt leaking.

Yeh all left on gas. Tried throught another keg and same result... So unless both are leaking (both recon) but would b a little unlucky.

Il keep playing around! Thanks
