Wondering if you would mind checking my recipe/water adjustment logic? Have use Bru 'N' Water, aiming for 2:1 Sulphate:Chloride, as hinted on a current recipe.
Bedfordshire water is reported to be (and Ca confirmed with Salifert Ca Kit):
Ca: 110
Mg: 8
Sodium: 50
Cl: 74
SO: 113
HCO3...

Well, I didn't even you know you could get metals ones! My neighbour very kindly dropped this round to me the other night, which is fantastic! He has even given me the soda stream bottle and adapter for injecting.
My question is, is there anyway of hooking the soda stream gas cylinder to 2 beer...
I finished my AG#3 yesterday, but it has quite a high SG (1050 instead of 1040). I am trying to figure out where I went wrong? Do I need to try and correct it, or do I just leave it?

I know it's a bit of hassle, but could you not put it in to a few 2 litres bottles? You could get the value 2 litre sparkling water for a few pence and store it.
Cheers Aleman, that is generally my theory. On batch #3 I am going to try slower sparging with more holes in the foil. Will see if it makes any difference.
