got a 50L ss from the folks off ebay in germany. great stuff. recommending them to someone else, but the email address i have for them isnt working. also, their ebay pg doesnt seem to have anything for sale anymore
has anyone used them recently?

afraid that's not true. yeast doesn't grow in ratio like that as you step up- you're best using one of the calcs online

yeah, i just did some amber in a iipa- based on dogfish 90 min. only used 7% in that and was blown away by the malt backbone- everyone at the hb club swore there was more in the grainbill. so wanted to see what a smaller % would add
