Eden brewery is another fantastic brewery , plenty great breweries in Scotland, my worst thou TSA traditional Scottish ales but known by most as terrible Scottish ales.but on the whole the micro brewery scene is booming in Scotland and most are excellent

Got myself a new toy to play with , a vacuum sealer as bought 5kg of hops and going to vacuum package up in to lots of 100g, i got a few bags and 2 rolls with the machine but i was wondering if i could use static shielding bags ? as i can get these from my work which would save me using the bags...

What yeast would you recommend for a Deuchars clone ? up till now I've only used dried yeast but willing to give liquid yeast a try.

A nice tried and tested method storing bottles in shed then bring in house and store in fridge if its been got in shed but take out of fridge and hour or two before drinking. If its cold in shed bring in and leave on kitchen bunker to warm up a bit. But I like some pales ales served at fridge temp.
