brew day tommorow

I've got no football tomorrow so going to get a brew on , going to go with wheelers Guinness recipe but going to add some oats , how much oats for a 20l batch would you recommend and how much marris otter do I use with the oats when doing the glucan rest ?

Also going to use white labs wlp004 for first time , only ever used dried yeast before so looking forward to that.
