Opened the first bottle of my first ever batch of St.Peter's Cream Stout tweaked with a tin of treacle & 200g of lactose powder. I have called this batch "Brace o' Beagles" in honour of two of our girls. Lexie is smooth, refined & absolutely gorgeous, whilst Amie has a nasty habit of sneaking up & knocking the feet from underneath you.
 
Really good, if I paid £5 a pint in Aberdeen I'd be happy with it.
 
Sounds good. Hoping my twist to that kit works out ok too!
How long did you ferment, condition etc?
