Hop flavours in your beer - how do you maintain them?

I have been turned to the darkside for a while and i have done 10 or so recipes out of the Wheeler books. Now, i must admit my Beer doesnt always taste like it should or have much aroma. I have only come across about making a hop tea and adding it before bottling or kegging to bring back aroma...

    BOC home accounts

Just got off the phone with their sales in the Midlands, apparently a company decision was made that they will not be supplying new accounts to people who want to use them at home WITHOUT purchasing/installing/renting one of their CO2 Monitors - these monitors can be rented for £19 a month or...

    King Keg Problems

Here is a stupid question - My CO2 Tap and pressure release valves have black deposits on it (on the inside). I cannot seem to clean this with any solvents allowed within the home, so have given up on it. I also had problems with my last 3 brews with a metalic taste and have been...

I am after information if this controller is programmable by the user? Cannot seem to find this info on their website. Anyone have one and give some pointers on whether you would recommend one to others? The kit is expensive at £1,900 for the 50L unit from Vigo UK, but i am tempted to buy...

    Calling Hop Growers!

Just brought Challenger and Fuggles plants to put over on the allotment - gonna have to wait for March to plant them and find a good framework to help them climb. Got several ideas from the internet, but does any other grower have a framework over 10 foot or know of a sound growing method?
