Made a few rose's.....but they all come out similarly coloured, a light rose colour....got 20 litres of magnum rose to bottle ready for my bday at the weekend.........eh i love this hobby!!!! LOL

I didn't boil it last time i used it.....but do boil ribena when i use that ;)

All 3 bubbling away nicely.......less than 60 mins of being put in demijohns.......so think will leave it. :clap: Had heard of tom puree before........ ;) what does it actually do does it just start off the yeast a bit quicker!!!

All to wow style........but added some fruit(previously frozen but defrosted)........ Rose 1 Litre red Grape juice 1 litre oceanspray cranberry/raspberry juice 1 bag frozen(defrosted) summer fruits(from farmfoods £1 a bag) Apple wow 1 litre white grape juice 1 orange juice 1 bag frozen...

I've been making wine for last couple of months, so letting him use 25ltr FV's. He loves hobgoblin,bishops finger those type (4 for a fiver at shops). So can anyone recommend a kit for a total novice at beer making....thanks :thumb:

Can anyone recommend a good shiraz kit......my sis has asked me to do some. so thought i would make some now to age to give to her at xmas............but don't know what to buy, don't mind price as with it being xmas present!!!! :cheers:

Spoke to Mr Worsel and he has said to re stabilise.....so have done!!!!!

Not sure if this has gone "off" or not been sanitised right.....as just had a taste of another wow i'm racking with some strawberries in it reading was the same too 996.....and that tastes like a nice dry white wine..........ah well time will tell!!!!! :pray:

Just racked again as was quite cloudy and some more sediment had settled......reading 996.......not sure wether to add some sugar to it!!!!!!!
