Just racked again as was quite cloudy and some more sediment had settled......reading 996.......not sure wether to add some sugar to it!!!!!!!

Not sure if this has gone "off" or not been sanitised right.....as just had a taste of another wow i'm racking with some strawberries in it reading was the same too 996.....and that tastes like a nice dry white wine..........ah well time will tell!!!!! :pray:

Spoke to Mr Worsel and he has said to re stabilise.....so have done!!!!!
