Now then, done a few extract brews from brewuk as they have extract kits with instructions. My question is the amount of priming sugar, I have been doing the usual half teaspoon per pint and the brews are good but the pendle witches brew says it needs an additional 330g of sugar I presume for...

    Keeping beer fresh

I haven't bottled for the last twenty odd brews because the beer tastes a million times better from a hand pull and you get the head it's easier to put in the keg than bottles etc etc. I had a look at polypins and that wouldn't work on a beer engine as there would be an airlock, you would have...

    Coopers light dry malt

Now then, I usually use coopers brew enhancer 2 for my brews but I've got 500g of Coopers light dry malt that I got bought, so I'm presuming I would put this in along with 500g of sugar then it would just be like brew enhancer? If someone could clarify this for me that would be great as I want...

King keg / dalex tap connections

Yes your king keg tapping is 3/4 sorry I didn't read your post in detail, I have a beer pump so that's how I do it, you should get one for your ale out the king keg, the perfect pub pint in your own home!! I'm sure it would be better than messing with a dalex on the king keg setup

King keg / dalex tap connections

The way I do it is use speedfit washing machine valves, these are 3/4 thread which screw into the keg ( with plenty of ptfe ! ) This way you can isolate your keg, then use a 90 degree piece of 15mm copper which will plug into your washing machine valve, the other side of the copper use clear...
