Now then, I usually use coopers brew enhancer 2 for my brews but I've got 500g of Coopers light dry malt that I got bought, so I'm presuming I would put this in along with 500g of sugar then it would just be like brew enhancer? If someone could clarify this for me that would be great as I want to get a brew on this afternoon. Cheers Al

Yes if you use this along with brewing sugar you will get the same result. :thumb: I think most kits brewers go down this route as you can get different malt to enhance your beer.

I am sure there are others here that can give you a better detailed answer as well.. :thumb:

I just put down two coopers yesterday morning ( Aust. Lager and their English bitter ). I used 1kg of BS for the lager and 500g BS/ 500g LSM for the bitter. It`s all sugar, but the SM adds a wee bit extra to your brew and will slightly darken your finished product.
