Thanks for your answer, I just realised that I have posted it in the General Beer section, Doh, I,ll get the hang of this soon, i did think that aslong as the wine is bottled or kegged it would be ok as with commercial wines but needed a bit of reassurance :oops:

Hi all, I have heard that wine can be stored successfully in Cornies, am I right in believing that after the first fermentation the wine is kegged and primed with sugar as usual, I have also read that in order to avoid making a sparkling wine, that, the Cornie should be purged each time before...
