    Burnt oakey flavours

    PROBLEM with first ag biab

    ok I've just mashed an thc blonde ale taking a gravity reading after mash was 1030 temperature 65c Finnish gravity should be 1050 I think the grains weren't ground enough so I'm giving it an extra 30 minutes mash any help would be welcome it's my first ag attempt thanks

    Very dry red wine

    wheat beer help needed

    so I bottled my wheat on monday left it covered up at room temp as normal when I checked it today the bottles are still soft when squeezed with little or no sedement in the bottom I fermented it in the primary for a week then in the secondary for a week if that helps...
