I started 4 wines at the same time on Friday, 3 of them the exact same following moleys guide for the polish syrups 2 of they all started the same yet one of them has no gas leaving air lock and looks still. all at same temp very strange what could this be?

I am just going on my notes and readings to be honest was my first attempt so most probably miss added something and it was half tsp put in it so I take it that was not enough. it does taste strong and if drank the bottle would feel it but its more the watery texture and lack of fruit flavours...

nope that's all it says, im going to stick it on 1 gal dj see how it goes plenty sugar as the juice is only 50% fruit 50 water sg was 1020 so need to add a lot :grin: :grin:
