Antioxidant in juice

I have picked up a few cartons of peach nectar from lidl 50% peach 50% water can I still make wine from this it also printed on the label is Antioxidant and ascorbic acid

looking to make a wee gal of peach 12% any advice would be ideal first day off in few weeks and last night had first bottle of apple and rgj with family every one thought was a shop bought rose so must b doing well. :clap: first attempt bottled :D proud parent swmbob keeps saying :grin:
 
nope that's all it says, im going to stick it on 1 gal dj see how it goes
plenty sugar as the juice is only 50% fruit 50 water sg was 1020 so need to add a lot :grin: :grin:
 
Read off the carton how much sugar it has - whether it's made from concentrate or not, most juices are made to have about the same sugar level, to have the same appeal to our tastebuds
