Hi looking for some info, Looking at 2 brewferm kits, One is looking at 8% but only makes 9liters, Personally not bothered for 8% stuff but if I made 18litres would it come out at about 4% Noob questions sorry for asking

I squeezed 4 limes an the rind from two. When drinking you get bitterness in the back of the throat but not a big taste

I made a delicate pilsner with lime. Put 4 limes in a fv nothing really to reports very slight lime taste. Maybe use the cordial next time when pouring a drink
