I sanatised 40 bottles last night using starsan ready to bottle my batch of Admirals Reserve when circumstances dictated that bottling would have to be put back until today. The bottles have been on the bottle tree all night will i have to starsan them again ? :drink:

Im going to be bottling a St peters ruby red ale tonight. Had a sneaky taste yesterday why checking FG it was very bitter can anyone tell me if that is how it should be.I am hoping that the taste will improve with a good period of conditioning. :pray:

I started 2 wines on Friday night 5 g california connoisseur 1g beaverdale The problem is the 1g wine has been fermenting since Saturday but the 5g wine hasnt started fermenting yet. Am i being a bit impatient or do i have a problem? Can anyone give me some advise please. :hmm:
