Over efficient yet again, just under 23L and hit 1071.

Lactose will stop it dropping under 1020 so hoping to finish at 1020+
 
I'm doing a milk stout on Sunday and the recipe isn't a million miles from that one (although I can't convert to grams in my head! :)). I'm doing the one from Greg Hughes' book.
 
Yeah I don't know why it's going into pounds and ounces as I have it in kilos in beer smith. From my 1st batch of 19L here are the amounts

3.5kg's Pale Malt
450g Roasted Barley
340g Crystal/Caramel 60l Caramunich 3
340g Munich Malt
340g Chocolate
280G Flaked barley
226g Oats

10g Magnum, 60min
28g EKG 10 mins

450g Lactose 10mins
