1” Bsp O-rings & Washers

I’m currently building a new brew kettle and Hlt. All my fitting are 1/2” bsp apart from my elements which are 1” bsp. Ive just done a leak test on the hlt and it’s leaking from the element, I’ve used to o-ring / rubber washer that came with it. I’ve tried google searching for a silicone o-ring but I’m struggling to find any, all that comes up from the homebrew shops are 1/2”. Is there a site that supplies 1” fittings, ideally I’m after 4 stainless washers and 4 o-rings.

I bought a sheet of silicon from eBay, others have bought silicon trays for cooking, they are very cheap and you can cut out washers with a pair of scissors. Very easy and successful in my experience.

Silicone baking sheet should work

We do have some for the 1” BSP elements, can include some SS washers with them but they not listed on site. Just spares I have from the 1” BSP threaded elements
